Delhi (DLN): DDA housing scheme results 2011 are going to be announced today on 18th April 2011. DDA housing scheme 2010 draw results will be available on the Notice Board of “DDA at Vikas Sadan, D-Block, INA, New Delhi-23” as well as in the leading National Newspapers. As soon as DDA housing scheme 2010 results will be announced here applicants can get results online at the official website of Delhi Development Authority (DDA).

As per info available in the information brochure of DDA housing scheme 2010, allotment-cum-demand letters will be sent to successful applicants only.

Waiting list of 600 candidates will also be issued in order of priority.

There will be allotment of around 16000 flats [15,574 HIG, MIG, LIG flats and 699 Janta flats]. Around 13.5 lakh DDA forms were sold for DDA housing scheme 2010 out of which more than 7.8 lakh forms were received.

According to sources, the latest DDA Draw Results 2011 or DDA Draw for Housing Scheme 2010 Result will be updated on DDA website and published in newspapers by tomorrow on April 19, 2011 (Tuesday). The draw of lots will be held at the office of the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC) in Noida instead of DDA headquarter.

For the first time, the draw will not be held in DDA headquarters but at the office of the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC) in Noida and the number of applicants and the number of flats being allotted under the scheme 2010 is high when compared to previous DDA housing scheme.
